Thinking of what to write for my 'Conflict' English essay... is a conflict in itself..❤

Thinking of what to write for my 'Conflict' English essay... is a conflict in itself..

I realise I havent posted in ages because I lost my password and then resorted in screaming and talked to my laptop to try and make it remember. I mean, it's OK to shout at machines... right?
Anywho, I worked out my password and Im back... with more pointless blogs written by the average teenage girl.

So; I , like many across the country, have just gone back to school after a ravishing Summer holiday. I come back to 1000 x more drama's and its only been 4 days. I dare say Ill write many blogs based on these drama's during the week but for now , enjoy this one:

I had English with a new teacher. She's not new to the school or anything- Ive just never had her. Not that it matters. The first lesson we had with her was an assesment. Now, I wouldnt have minded, but this was the FIRST LESSON! It was just a marked discussion and I never stop talking, so it wasnt to worry about. I still dont understand how a teacher can mark you on 2 minutes of a discussion she hears whilst walking around a class - Its not entirely accurate, is it? I mean, what if someone had said all their points and then miss conveniently starts listening... thats that girls mark down even though she probably had the best points anyone around the table had said.

My second English lesson was just as eventful. Miss showed us our basic outline for our English course. The first creative writing task is 2 hours long under controlled conditions. I can barely sit for 10 minutes. The topic is "conflict" and its such a wide topic you can practically talk about anything. So thats why Im writing this blog. I was sitting at home thinking about what I could talk about - I mean , everyone has personal conflicts but I didnt want to mention one about some boy I fancy or some friend Ive fell out with... its just not going to be fun having youre' teacher know that stuff. So there I was , thinking of all possibilities:

"Jam Or butter?" The general everyday toast conflict
"Wars?"
"Political rubbish that no-one really understands"

BAM!
I still dont know what to write but I have vague ideas now -

Conflict can be a range of different things and can involve different numbers of people. Conflict can be as basic as "What cereal do I want for breakfast?" but it can also be as complex as political arguments which even people involved don't always seem to understand. Conflict can be that mental battle between the 'devil' and the 'angel' that are perched on you're shoulder, trying to influence youre' every decision; but it could also be a war in which thousands are involved and innocent people are getting killed. Conflict can be when you come home from a day out shopping and show off your new dress to the family, "Did they give you a refund with all that material missing?". Different conflicts have different outcomes and in return can cause more problems then what was originally there.

In conclusion, What is conflict? It is everyday life. It makes us strong individuals. You can't escape it no matter how much you try. The task of writing about a conflict can be a conflict in itself, as you never know if you're idea is strong enough. It sounds silly but it's true. Conflicts make everything the way it is today and as life goes on... they probably get worse.
